Pregnancy Loss Support Circle

 

Join this 4 week journey that invites you to hold your grief with tenderness and compassion. 

The program involves:

  • A structured opportunity to honor your grief, including learning how to care for your emotions, cultivating a deeper understanding of your emotional states, and inviting self-compassion to your experience.

  • Building a connective community through exploring grief in a supportive environment.

  • Inviting growth and self-reflection through discussions, guided mindfulness practices, and journaling. 

As grief doesn’t have a time frame, this program is for anyone who believes they would benefit, no matter how long ago their loss was.
