Mindfulness is the ability to slow down and be fully present with our experiences, to feel connected to ourselves and those around us, and to nurture joy and compassion.

As a trained mindfulness teacher, I offer individualized mindfulness coaching both for those new to mindfulness as well as those who would like to deepen their current practice.
